Commission-based lawyers

Qualifications:

1. Have obtained a lawyer's practice certificate;

2. Have the professional ability and rich experience to independently engage in litigation, arbitration or non-litigation business;

3. Have expertise in a specific business field, have a certain case source or customer, and the case source can be shared;

4. Be upright, have good conduct, be self-motivated, have a sense of responsibility, and have no bad practice records;

4. Have strong legal professional skills and practical experience, have good communication skills, and have a strong sense of teamwork;

Benefits:

1. The commission ratio is 80%, and no other management fees will be charged;

Co-operating Lawyers:

1. Must have a license to practice law in the People's Republic of China, and have not been punished by the judicial administrative department or disciplined by the lawyer association; must have at least three years of legal practice experience; those with special expertise and qualifications may be given special consideration;

2. Must have a solid foundation in legal studies, a bachelor's degree or above, and a preference for those with a master's or doctoral degree; a preference for those with overseas study experience in the US, Europe, Japan, and South Korea;

3. Should be proactive in exploring new businesses and projects for lawyers, and seek new ways to provide legal services. Should be able to handle litigation, arbitration, non-litigation representation, legal advisory, legal consultation, and drafting services;

4. Should have an enterprising spirit and innovative awareness, strong team and cooperative awareness, strong organizational and communication coordination skills, and the ability to lead a team to develop;

5. Should have experience and ability to handle cases or non-litigation projects in a specific professional field. Those with specialties in government large-scale infrastructure projects, government BOT projects, international trade, venture capital, financing and mergers and acquisitions, financial securities, insurance, maritime and maritime affairs, intellectual property, real estate, land, human resource management, mineral resources, and foreign affairs may be given priority;

6. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above;

7. Salary and Benefits: 15,000-20,000 RMB, 13th month salary.

Legal Assistant

Qualifications:

1. Graduates from law-related majors with relevant experience.

2. Have passed the National Judicial Examination.

5. Have excellent writing skills and are good at writing professional articles.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the full-time lawyer in their daily work.

2. Summarize the case materials of concluded cases and write professional articles.
