Integrity Provisions for Lawyers

I Integrity Commitment

1. All of our lawyers in Shaoyu Law Firm, solemnly promise to strictly abide by laws, regulations and professional ethics during practice and resolutely resist all forms of corrupt behavior.

2. Do not accept bribes, kickbacks, property or other improper benefits from clients, their agents and related parties.

3.Do not use one's position to seek personal gain for oneself or others.

II、Code of Conduct

1. In interactions with clients, maintain an impartial, objective and clean attitude and do not demand or accept fees, gifts, etc. beyond a reasonable range.

2. For cases involving conflicts of interest, conduct conflict of interest reviews and avoidance in strict accordance with regulations to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of clients are not harmed.

3. Lawyers in the process of representing cases shall not engage in improper interactions with judicial personnel, nor offer or introduce bribes to judicial personnel.

III、Compliance with Industry Norms

1. All of our lawyers will strictly abide by industry norms and demand themselves with high standards of professional ethics.

2. Conscientiously perform lawyer's duties to ensure the quality and efficiency of legal services and do not be perfunctory or shirk responsibilities.

3. Actively participate in industry training and continuing education to continuously improve professional qualities and business capabilities and provide clients with better legal services.

4. Respect peers, compete fairly, and do not maliciously slander or exclude competitors to jointly create a good industry ecology.

IV、Keeping Client Information Confidential

1. All of our lawyers have a strict obligation to keep client information confidential to ensure that the privacy and trade secrets of clients are properly protected.

2. In the process of handling business, do not disclose any sensitive content such as client's personal identity information, case details, business plans, etc.

3. Take necessary technical and management measures to prevent client information from being illegally obtained, used or disclosed.

4. Client information can only be disclosed only when permitted by law or with the explicit authorization of the client.

V、Social Responsibilities

1. We are well aware of its important social responsibilities and is committed to maintaining the dignity and fairness of the law and promoting the progress of the rule of law in society.

2. Actively participate in public welfare legal service activities to provide legal aid to vulnerable groups and protect their legitimate rights and interests.

3. Promote legal publicity and education to improve the public's legal awareness and concept of the rule of law and contribute to building a harmonious society.

4. By standardizing its own behavior, establish a good industry image and play an active role in the healthy development of the legal profession.

VI、Supervision and Punishment

1. Shaoyu Law Firm has established a special supervision institution to be responsible for supervising and inspecting the clean practice of lawyers.

2. For violations of the integrity provisions, Shaoyu Law Firm will give punishments such as criticism and education, warning, fines, suspension of practice, expulsion, and other penalties according to the severity of the circumstances and report to the relevant departments.

3. Encourage clients and the public to supervise the clean practice of the law firm and lawyers, and reward those whose reports are true.

 VII、Supplementary Provisions

1. These integrity provisions shall come into effect as of the date of issuance and apply to all lawyers and staff of Shaoyu Law Firm.

2. Shaoyu Law Firm will revise and improve the integrity provisions in due course according to changes in laws, regulations and actual situations.
