Case Introduction:
1. Risk control of polymetallic mining project in Congo (Brazzaville) region: the project/approval/license application and renewal of a mineral resource in NIARI province of Congo Brazzaville, the estimated value of the resources in the area of the license is as high as a few hundred million dollars, through the coordination with the local government, we have promoted the negotiation of the aeromagnetic work and the acquisition of licenses within the 1,000 square kilometers and have effectively implemented the geological exploration work of the relevant core location;
2. Indonesia large transaction debt dispute: contract dispute arising from the implementation of the new Indonesian law, the control of the counterparty company is in Russia, which involves the application and conflict of laws in different regions, and then after special combing and citing of international law, we cooperated with each other to promote the resolution of prepayment payment through litigation, negotiation, and settlement;
3. Due diligence and risk control of a project in Malaysia: due to an overseas debt relationship, the debtor offered its major bauxite mining project in Malaysia for debt repayment, conducted local due diligence on the project, cooperated in promoting the replacement of the agreement, project commencement and completion of the current major legal risk assessment, etc., and assisted the client in completing the feasibility study of the project as well as the risk assessment, and pushed forward the formal landing of the project in the region. We helped the client to fully complete the feasibility study and risk assessment of the project, so as to push forward the project's official landing in the local area.
